1. Use of the App

• NoteMate AI is intended for personal and educational productivity purposes.

• You may not use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

• NoteMate AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans with a 3-day free trial.

• After the trial, your account will be charged $4.99 per week unless canceled.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

3. Free Trial

• Free trials are available to new users once only.

• Unused portions of a trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.

4. Intellectual Property

• All app content, including branding, UI, and features, belongs to NoteMate AI.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app without permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

• NoteMate AI uses AI technology to assist with note-taking, summaries, and file interactions.

• Generated content may not always be 100% accurate. Please verify before relying on it for important decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We provide the app “as is” without warranties.

• We are not liable for any loss, damages, or errors resulting from app use.

7. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms of Use at any time.

• Updates will be effective immediately upon posting inside the app or on our website.
